Tucker is built to connect homeowners with local professionals, one at a time. A match depends on service-area fit and availability. You choose whether to hire.
How it works
You describe the work and where it is needed. Submitting a request does not confirm a contractor or a response time. Check credentials and agree the work directly with the contractor.
Who's behind Tucker
Tucker was founded by Jure Erlic. We're a small company that punches above its weight — lean operations, no overhead bloat, and a relentless focus on making sure homeowners get the help they need.
Our commitments
- Exclusivity. Only one contractor has your request at a time. If they don't connect with you, we pass your request to another pro only when you ask — one at a time, for as long as you still need help.
- Your OK first. Before any contractor sees your details, we ask you to confirm by email. You can tell us to stop contacting you at any time.
- Freshness. A request goes to a pro only if your submission, or your confirmation that you still need help, is from the last 48 hours. If your request moves on to another pro, that pro is told it was passed on at your request.
- Transparency. Clear pricing, no hidden fees, no surprises.
- Privacy. See our privacy policy for how request information is used.
- Follow-through. Following up is part of the intended service. If your pro does not connect with you and you still need help, tell us and we look for another pro; that depends on who is available and is not guaranteed.
