Your trade, the ZIP codes you cover and how many job requests a month you want. Before your first request we look at your public business listing and, where your state requires a licence, the licence record, and we re-check once a year. There is nothing for you to send. No contracts.

Every request reaches you only after the homeowner has confirmed it within the last 48 hours, and it is yours alone for 72 hours.

No middleman on the job itself. You and the homeowner agree any work directly.
What it costs
You pay per job request you take. No monthly fee, no contract, no minimum.
- You choose each request yourself. Every invitation is for your trade and your ZIP codes and shows the price up front — you decide whether it is worth it, one request at a time.
- You are charged when you take the request, not when you win the job. Tucker takes nothing from the job itself.
- One contractor at a time. It is yours alone for 72 hours first. After that, a job moves to another pro only if the homeowner asks us for someone else. If a request reaches you that way, the delivery email says so.
- Requests are fresh or they are not sent. Tucker will not deliver a request unless the homeowner confirmed it within the last 48 hours.
- Something wrong with a request? Tell us. Wrong number, the homeowner had already hired someone, or the request does not look genuine — report it and we check it with the homeowner.
- No contract. You only pay for the requests you choose to take.
The intended launch markets are Raleigh, NC and San Antonio, TX for roofing, HVAC and plumbing. Signing up doesn't promise jobs. We write when a homeowner near you asks for your trade.
